Northcare (Scotland) Ltd in Stirling is seeking compassionate Health Care Assistants to provide high-quality support to residents at Northcare Residences. You will join a longstanding team and play a vital role in daily living and wellbeing.

This full-time, permanent role offers paid training, ongoing development, and a supportive management team. Salary is £13.50 per hour with opportunities for progression; you will work flexible shifts, including weekends.

• Promote residents' independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Assist residents with daily activities and social engagement.
• Work closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate care records and report concerns appropriately.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals in Northcare Suites. At Northcare, you are more than a care worker.
