Job summary

Northcare (Scotland) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team at Clarkston House Care Home. You will provide compassionate personal care, support residents with daily activities, meals and mobility, and help ensure their wellbeing in a busy care setting.

The role requires a caring, patient approach, good communication and reliability. Training is provided, with shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Care experience is preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; Northcare cannot sponsor.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Location: Clarkston House Care Home, G76 8AJ
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals in Northcare Suites. At Northcare, you are more than a care worker. About the Role

• Providing personal care and support to residents
• Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Supporting residents with meals and hydration
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Promoting residents’ independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Assisting residents with daily activities and social engagement
• Working closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately

• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
