Job summary

Stephens Bakery is seeking a Nightshift Bakery Operative to help produce our award-winning products to the highest standards of food safety, quality and consistency. Everything we make is for our customers, so you’ll be part of a team that truly puts Customer First.

Hours: 39 hours per week on a 5‑day rota with night shifts from 18:00 to 22:00. Starting pay £14.65 per hour, increasing to £15.16 after a 13‑week probation.

Qualifications

• Positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn.
• Pride in doing a job well for customers.
• Able to stand for long periods and work at a fast pace during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work across bakery areas learning a variety of skills.
• Follow safety policies, procedures and health & safety legislation.
