Job summary

Stephens Bakery is hiring a Bakery Operative to support the production of bread rolls and pastries. You will work safely, follow health and safety rules, and participate in cleaning and quality checks during a 39-hour week.

No prior bakery experience is required as full training is provided; punctuality, reliability and a readiness to work at a fast pace are valued. Benefits include shift meals, staff discounts, and career growth opportunities.

Step into the heart of our award-winning bakery.As a Bakery Operative you’ll play a key role in producing top-quality products while upholding the highest standards of food safety, quality, hygiene, and health & safety.

• Hours: 39 hours per week
• Days: 5 days from 7 each week
• Shift Times: 06:00am – 14:30
• Pay: £12.74 per hour (increasing after successful probation period)
