Job summary

MERKUR Slots is seeking a Team Member Nights in Wishaw to deliver great gaming experiences and warm customer service. You will help maintain a clean venue, run rounds and refreshments, and support promotions during night shifts.

The role requires enthusiasm for learning, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay with additional night-rate incentives is offered, along with pension and other staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
• Willing to learn and develop within the role.
• Flexible and dedicated to duties and shifts.
• Attention to detail in all tasks and interactions.
• Industry and compliance training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness of gaming areas.
• Provide rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and escalate issues per policy.
• Assist with administration to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and succeed.
• Deliver customer service that leads to customer satisfaction.
• Resolve problems and log actions per complaints policy.
• Engage with customers during shifts and document interactions.
• Uphold personal presentation and brand dress code on duty.
• Acquire product knowledge to enhance customer journey.
• Understand safeguarding policies and challenge 25 where needed.
• Actively discourage harassment or discrimination.
