Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Nights Assistant Reception Manager to lead the night operations across the resort, ensuring high standards of service and a memorable guest experience while upholding Belfry values.

You will support the Night Operations Manager, manage the night roster, assist with the night audit, handle guest queries, monitor safety, and contribute to ESG and sustainability initiatives.

• An experienced manager who has led teams within a front office environment.
• Fantastic eye for detail.
• Experienced in taking ownership over your department and achieving financial and guest targets.
• Able to develop strong relationships with your guests, team, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Night Operations Manager.
• Assisting in running the night operation across the resort and stepping up in the Night Operations Manager’s absence. Being on the floor and ready to assist across all departments and making decisions to help and improve the service offered to our guests.
