Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre is seeking a proactive Night Supervisor to support the Night Manager and uphold exceptional standards across night operations in Birmingham. You will deliver high levels of guest service while ensuring the hotel runs smoothly through the night.

The role involves cash handling, attendance monitoring, night audit, and close collaboration with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless event closures.

Formación

• Experience in reception supervision or night supervisor roles is desirable.
• Proactive approach, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, professional service to guests during night shifts.
• Ensure proper cash-handling and financial procedures are followed.
• Assist Night Manager with attendance monitoring and absence policy compliance.
• Carry out regular night fire safety and security checks.
• Liaise with Finance to resolve balances and chargebacks.
• Oversee accurate night audit process.
• Support and train the night team.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage for events closure.

We're seeking a professional and proactive Night Supervisor to join our team and support the Night Manager in upholding exceptional standards across our night operations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night, delivering the highest level of service so every guest experiences the very best of Birmingham hospitality.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing a warm, professional service to all guests, efficiently handling requests and resolving any issues that arise during your shift.
• Ensuring all team members follow correct cash-handling and financial procedures.
• Assisting the Night Manager with monitoring attendance and maintaining compliance with the Hotel's absence policy.
• Upholding the safety and security of both guests and staff by carrying out regular night fire safety and security checks.
• Liaising with the Finance team to identify and resolve matters such as outstanding balances and chargebacks.
• Overseeing a thorough and accurate night audit process in line with company standards.
• Supporting, motivating and developing the night team, including providing on-the-job training.
• Collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to ensure the smooth closure of conferences, banquets, and special events.

You'll be an experienced Reception Supervisoror an accomplished Night Receptionist ready to take the next step in your career. You're confident under pressure, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences - all while ensuring the hotel runs like clockwork through the night.
