Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to kickstart mornings and support weekend services. You will greet guests, take orders, and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere across our outlets, delivering memorable experiences from start to finish.

Training is provided through Belfry Campus with hands-on coaching and in-house programmes; we also offer wellbeing support and opportunities to develop within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant preferred.
• Passionate about delivering fantastic service to guests.
• Enjoys engaging in conversation and talking about products.
• Natural at selling and energetic.
• Outward and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Learning & Development opportunities offered.

Responsibilities

• As a food and beverage assistant, duties include waiter tasks.
• Welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Deliver a great experience from start to finish.
• Talk confidently about menus and take orders.
• Ensure guests' needs are met and maintain hygiene.
• Support multiple outlets to keep the resort running smoothly.
