Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests, check them in and out, and handle enquiries with warmth and efficiency. You will be the first point of contact, providing smooth service and resolving issues to enhance every guest stay.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in busy guest-facing environments and familiarity with Opera PMS. The role offers a competitive hourly rate plus service charge, with staff perks and career development

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy guest-facing role.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience working with a property management system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of reception on a daily basis.
• Register guests into the hotel and check them out, depositing valuables as needed.
• Issue guests keys and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide excellent guest service, resolving issues and creating memorable experiences.
