Job summary

Barnardo's is seeking a dedicated Night Project Worker for Mariner's View, Lancaster, supporting 11 young people across 11 flats in a 24/7 service. You will work nights on a 4-on 4-off pattern, typically 21:30–08:30, with induction, safeguarding and health & safety training, and monthly supervision to review progress and outcomes.

The role requires flexibility, teamwork with a committed staff group, and the chance to develop skills in risk assessment, emergency response, and promoting

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in induction and mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-time support to 11 young people.
• Attend monthly supervision and participate in team meetings.
• Engage in training including Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Safeguarding, Emergency First Aid, Risk Assessment, Health & Safety.
