Job summary

DPDgroup is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a night-shift depot team. You will manage warehouse operatives, coordinate unloading and ensure accurate parcel sortation to meet KPIs.

The role focuses on health & safety, productivity, and driving efficiency in a high-paced environment. Candidates should have strong people leadership and reporting skills, with the ability to analyse data and act swiftly on issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of warehouse operatives during the night shift to stay engaged, organised and motivated.
• Oversee unloading of lorries and accurate sortation to meet KPIs and targets.
• Ensure CAD% and depot throughput targets are achieved in line with KPIs.
• Lead health & safety, productivity and cost-to-deliver targets for outstanding service.
