DPD Lincoln is seeking an experienced Night Shift Manager to lead a busy depot operations team. You will manage a group of warehouse operatives, ensure efficient unloads, maintain engagement, and meet KPI targets.

The role requires strong people management, clear communication, resilience, and use of data for reporting. You will help maintain health and safety standards and drive continuous improvement while supporting career progression within DPD.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of warehouse operatives during night shifts to ensure engaging, organized and motivated performance.
• Oversee unloading the lorries and sorting parcels to KPI targets.
• Achieve CAD% and depot throughput targets while maintaining health & safety standards.
• Ensure staffing is available to cover absences and support operational needs.
