Job summary

DPD UK is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a night-time warehouse team at the Snetterton depot. You will drive engagement, organise activities, and ensure efficient unloading and accurate sortation to meet KPIs. The role requires strong people leadership and a focus on safety and cost control.

You will lead a high-performing team through a busy, 40-hour week across nights, with emphasis on schedule adherence, productivity, and quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve CAD percentage at depot.
• Meet depot throughput targets.
• Hit Saturations targets.
• Achieve parcels per person hour target.
• Deliver on health & safety, productivity and cost targets.
• Resupply staff at short notice when required.
