Responsibilities
- Manage a team of warehouse operatives during night shifts.
- Oversee unload, sorting, and timely handling of parcels to meet KPIs.
- Ensure CAD and depot throughput targets are achieved.
- Maintain health & safety, productivity, and cost objectives.
- Coordinate resourcing to cover short-notice staff absences.
