DPD Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Shift Manager to join our high performing Logistics Solutions Management team at a UK site. You will lead a small team to deliver daily warehouse pick and pack operations, ensuring KPIs for productivity, costs to plan and service levels are met.

We value strong leadership, clear communication and data-driven decision making, with a full UK driving licence as a requirement.

• Experience in a logistics operation with people leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of operatives to cover day-to-day warehouse pick and pack tasks.
• Monitor KPIs for productivity, costs to plan and process accuracy; drive improvements.
• Follow policies across HR, Health & Safety, Quality and housekeeping; ensure training is completed.
