Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee all shifts at our UK site. You will direct shift and department managers, ensure HACCP and health & safety compliance, manage budgets, training, and maintenance coordination, and drive KPI performance across cost, productivity, and service.

The role requires proven experience in large-scale temperature-controlled logistics, strong WMS proficiency, and a track record of developing and motivating big teams.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in managing large teams and shifting operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience in temperature-controlled logistics or similar environment.
• Track record in achieving KPIs related to cost, productivity and service.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational functions across shifts and departments, directing and supporting shift and department managers.
• Ensure compliance with health and food safety standards (HACCP) and audit records.
• Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate training, documentation and compliance records; uphold quality standards (CMI, STS, EHO).
• Oversee maintenance coordination, budgeting, labour scheduling, and space/equipment safety.
