We’re looking for an ambitious Warehouse Team Leader to lead a coldstore operation, creating a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement while ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a coldstore or temperature-controlled environment.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when required.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring performance, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met.
• Oversee daily operations in the coldstore, including the pick operation — prior experience in picking processes is essential.
• Manage shift plans and resource allocation to keep workflows smooth and on schedule.
• Monitor inbound/outbound movements, stock accuracy, and product integrity.
• Operate and coordinate with material handling equipment (MHE), resolving any issues promptly to avoid downtime.
• Maintain clear and open communication across departments, supporting continuous improvement and high team morale.
• Address employee concerns, contribute to team development, and ensure a safe working environment.
