Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Peterborough is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise operations at our fully automated depot. This role reports to the nights shift manager and requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a night shift from 18:00 to 02:30, work in -20°C conditions, and ensure safety, quality, and timely goods flow using our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Overtime, annual leave accrual, and strong team support are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or logistics team.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent English communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach a warehouse team with performance feedback.
• Organise workloads and duties to ensure efficient goods flow.
• Manage stock and inventory using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Plan resources for daily tasks and report KPIs to leadership.
• Ensure health and safety standards in a cold, temperature-controlled environment.
• Communicate clearly with team and other stakeholders.
• Operate in -20°C environments with provided PPE.
