Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager for its Belle Eau Park facility in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. The role covers leading shifts, ensuring food safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement across warehousing and maintenance activities.

The successful candidate will manage large teams, optimise labour and space, and collaborate with internal departments to meet KPI targets while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large teams in temperature-controlled logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and audits.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational functions across shifts and departments to meet daily targets.
• Ensure HACCP and food safety compliance across the site.
• Oversee training, documentation and compliance records in line with standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and engineering activities, prioritising planned services.
• Plan long-range labour needs based on forecasts and management input.
• Drive KPI achievement: cost, productivity, customer service and profitability.
