Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Peterborough is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our fully automated depot. You will supervise a shift, coach and develop your team, and ensure safety, quality and productivity in a fast-paced, -20°C environment.

• Previous warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Comfortable using WMS to track stock and support operations.
• Strong conflict management skills and clear communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach your team while providing regular performance feedback.
• Organise workloads to ensure efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Manage stock organisation and accurate warehouse inventory.
• Plan resource requirements for daily job assignments and report KPIs.
• Maintain health and safety standards when working with machinery.
