Location: Aylesford, Kent, ME20 7NA

Salary: £31,158.32 per annum

Hours: 48 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday between hours of 16:30 and 02:30

Job Type: Permanent

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Night Office team providing administrative support to the Warehouse operation.

What does the job involve?

  • Supporting the Night Warehouse Office team with all administrative tasks
  • Recording data on to order progress sheets
  • Ensuring labels are accurately added to orders
  • Communication to Night warehouse management team throughout the shift
  • Data input including customer sales orders

Key Skills / Experience

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Great organisational and prioritising skills with the ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced business.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills – preferably intermediate level
  • Dedicated, hard working with a passion to learn and develop

  • Watts Farms is a third-generation family-run farming business, established in 1952. Growers, Packers and Distributors of fresh produce supplying the hospitability industry across Kent, London and surrounding areas. We have recently diversified into direct Home Deliveries offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms as well as a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and pantry goods.
