Job Dispatcher / Office Administrator

Borehamwood, WD6

£25,000 - £38,000 per annum

Full-time | Permanent | Office-based

We’re hiring an experienced Job Dispatcher / Office Administrator to join PropertyRun, a leading electrical contracting company based in Borehamwood.

This is a busy and varied job dispatcher role combining job scheduling, engineer coordination, job booking, and maintenance admin. You’ll manage engineer diaries, track live jobs, liaise with clients, and support the team from job setup to invoicing.

Office Administrator Key Duties:

  • Full job dispatcher responsibility - daily job booking and job tracking
  • Oversee real-time job scheduling and reallocation as needed
  • Ongoing engineer coordination - assigning jobs based on skillsets and urgency
  • Handle job dispatcher system updates and internal notes
  • Upload and track NICEIC / NAPIT EICR EIC F-GAS certs, job sheets, and completion records
  • Manage materials - ordering, returns, van stock and supplier contact
  • Process quotes, client requests, and outstanding works
  • Use Clik Service or similar job management software for all scheduling
  • Track and follow up all live jobs from dispatch to invoice
  • Assist with day-to-day maintenance admin and internal office support
  • Maintain engineer timesheets and review site job reports

Office Administrator Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in a job dispatcher, office admin, or scheduling role
  • Strong experience in job scheduling and engineer coordination
  • Familiar with job booking and managing maintenance tasks
  • Comfortable using job tracking tools (Clik Service ideal)
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management
  • Organised, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Electrical or maintenance admin experience preferred
