Job summary

Highland Spring Limited is hiring a Transport Administrator to manage vehicle movements at the Ochils site and support a busy transport operation. The role is 4 on, 4 off nightshift from 18:15 to 06:30, with a salary of £34,356.72 including a 25% shift allowance.

You will be the key contact for drivers, hauliers, visitors, and internal teams, booking vehicles, updating systems, issuing documentation and supporting orders, invoices and reports.

Qualifications

• Must be organised and able to communicate with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and a practical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Book vehicles in and out of site and maintain the transport management system.
• Issue accurate documentation and support loading schedules.
• Help ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
