Job summary

Highland Spring Ltd. is seeking a Transport Administrator at the Ochils site to manage vehicle movements and support a busy transport operation during a night shift. You will book vehicles in and out, maintain the transport management system, issue accurate documents and assist loading schedules while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills and experience handling documentation.
• Confident communication with drivers, hauliers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to use Microsoft Office effectively.
• Experience in transport, traffic or warehouse administration helpful but not essential.
• Knowledge of transport management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Book vehicles in and out of site and update transport records.
• Maintain the transport management system with accuracy.
