Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a Transport Operations Support to provide general administration support to the Transport Department. The role includes debriefing drivers, checking timesheets, scanning PODs, and issuing delivery notes for efficient dispatch.

The position offers a 4 on 4 off night shift (6pm–6am) with a salary of £27,119.42 and opportunities to work in a fast-paced logistics team committed to accuracy and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Adaptable and proactive approach to tasks.
• Excellent communication to relay information.

Responsibilities

• Correctly debriefing drivers.
• Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly.
• Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system.
• Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information.
• Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required.
• Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries.
• Downloading drivers’ cards / tachographs.
• Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services.
• Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets.
• Departing loads using Transport Management System (TMS).
• Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads.
