Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting a Nights Transport Administrator for our Crewe operation. This fast-paced night shift role supports the transport team by coordinating daily and nightly schedules, dispatching drivers, and maintaining accurate records.

The position is a 3-month fixed-term contract with a pay rate of £14.00 per hour on a 4 on / 4 off night pattern. Candidates should have transport administration experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office and transport systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a transport administration role with driver coordination
• Ability to keep accurate records and complete transport documentation
• Calm and professional when dealing with delays and driver queries
• Proficient with transport systems and Microsoft Office
• Able to hand over shifts clearly

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and nightly transport schedules to ensure efficient deliveries and collections
• Dispatch drivers with routes, paperwork, and information
• Maintain accurate transport records and update internal systems
• Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to resolve delays
• Record vehicle defects and assist with compliance and repairs
• Complete shift handovers and communicate updates to the next shift
