Job summary

Highland Spring Ltd is seeking a Transport Administrator to manage vehicle movements across our Ochils site and support a busy transport operation. The night shift runs 18:15 to 06:30 on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, with a salary of £34,356.72 inclusive of a 25% shift allowance.

You will be a key contact for drivers and hauliers, booking vehicles, maintaining records in the transport management system, issuing documentation, and supporting orders, emails and transport invoices while upholding health

Qualifications

• Organised, confident communicating with others and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administration skills and good attention to detail.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office and a practical approach to solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Book vehicles in and out of site and manage transport movements.
• Keep the transport management system up to date and issue accurate documentation.
• Support loading schedules and health and safety standards at all times.
