Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join our ADT team in a full-time, office-based role on a day shift (M40) with weekend work. You will provide technical support to field engineers and customers, diagnose alarm faults, and use a range of monitoring and programming software while ensuring exceptional service.

You will handle high-security client requirements with discretion, contribute to accurate records, and support remote connectivity to alarm systems as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in problem-solving.
• Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Experience solving technical issues over the phone is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot security alarm faults.
• Use monitoring and programming software to support systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residential and commercial customers.
• Handle bespoke and high-security customer requirements with discretion.
