Job description

Have you heard the news? Leonardo Hotels are arriving in Bristol for the first time! The newly built Leonardo Hotel Bristol Glassfields will offer 197 stylish bedrooms, completed with Leonardo DREAM beds, an exclusively designed mattress, and modern ensuite bathrooms. Not to mention, the Hotel will be BREEAM certified!

We are now looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly Guest Service Staff - Nights Member who wants to contribute to our guests having a happy and memorable stay with us.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Handle guests incidents, complaints, and coordinate service recovery where required in conjunction with the Manager.
• Conference & Banqueting set up, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Identify and communicate all issues (maintenance, equipment, etc.)
• Follow company control procedures in accordance with internal audit requirements.
• Know all emergency procedures confidently, including the fire manual.
• Work in partnership with the Night Manager to ensure all Nights Department objectives are fulfilled.
• Close daily business and secure the property.
• Prepare the hotel for the new day, with particular attention to cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist all departments while on shift; knowledge of bar & restaurant would be beneficial.

Experience We Are Looking For

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in a similar role and industry awareness.
• High standard of customer service skills.
• Standards driven, detail-oriented, with good planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Micros/Opera systems.
