Job Description

We’re looking for an All Round Night Team Member to join our vibrant team and ensure smooth, seamless operations during the night shift. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Provide Food & Beverage service, including room service and bar support, as required
  • Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
  • Conduct regular safety and security checks to ensure guest and staff well-being
  • Support night auditing tasks, preparing for daily financial reports and operations for the next day
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas and reception
