Role Purpose

To create and deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service and delivery, whilst maintaining high standards and encompassing our brand values.


Working at Powerleague involves evening and weekend work.


Customer
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly, approachable, and polite manner.
  • Serve food and drinks, including alcohol where applicable, within our clubhouse bar areas.
  • Fulfil all reasonable requests from customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction, and safety.
  • Handle challenging situations with empathy and understanding, empowered to resolve issues.
  • Place the customer at the heart of everything you do.
  • Take customer feedback and relay it to your line manager.
Team
  • Share knowledge and key learnings with the team.
  • Participate actively in team meetings.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with team members.
  • Support team members by taking on additional tasks when needed.
