AN EVENING IN THE LIFE OF NIGHT TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• If you're a night owl who enjoys the quiet hours, join our team and keep the hotel running smoothly while the world sleeps!
• Welcome late-arriving guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and handle guest requests during the night.
• Conduct night audits and prepare end-of-day reports to ensure smooth operations for the morning team.
• Maintain a tidy lobby and public areas, setting the stage for a fresh start each day.
• Monitor safety and security through regular checks, ensuring guests have a peaceful night.
• Coordinate with morning staff for a seamless shift handover.
