Village Hotels in Chester is seeking a proactive Night Team Leader to run the overnight audit, secure the property, and support late arrivals and room service while keeping the team motivated until the morning shift.

You will manage night procedures, deliver warm welcomes for late guests, coordinate handovers to the Day Team, and help maintain high service standards throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during night shifts or in a hospitality setting.
• Proactive, energetic and capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the overnight audit and reconcile daily transactions.
• Secure the building and ensure guest safety during night hours.
• Welcome late guests, assist with room service and check-ins.
