Job summary

Village Hotels Farnborough is seeking a Night Team Leader to act as the engine of the overnight shift. You will run the night audit, conduct security checks, and ensure the building remains secure while reconciling the day’s records and caring for guests until dawn.

You’ll deliver warm welcomes for late arrivals, handle midnight check-outs, serve drinks in the Pub, and arrange room service, maintaining high standards when it’s dark outside.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership demonstrated during night shifts.
• Experience in hospitality operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of critical night-time procedures and managing the night audit.
• Deliver warm welcomes, assist with late check-ins/outs, and service in the Pub.
• Lead the night team, manage rotas, train new starters, and hand over to the Duty Manager.
