Job summary

Village Hotels Ewloe is seeking a Night Team Leader to drive a busy overnight operation. You will oversee night audit, security checks, and guest services for late arrivals, with a focus on safety and smooth handovers.

You'll lead a small night team, help with rotas to manage wage costs, train new starters, and deliver effective handovers to the early Duty Manager, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless overnight experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/night operations is preferred but attitude and energy matter more.
• Ability to manage rotas and assist with wage costs.
• Strong leadership and customer-service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage night-time operations, including the night audit and security checks.
• Ensure guest experiences for late arrivals and early checkouts meet high standards; assist with room service and pub duties.
• Lead and develop the night team, run briefings, manage rotas, and hand over to the early Duty Manager.
