Job summary

Village is seeking a Night Team Leader to be the engine of the overnight shift. You will manage the night audit, security checks, and guest services, ensuring the building runs smoothly after events and into the early hours.

You will also keep morale high, assist with rotas, and train new starters to ensure a seamless handover to the day team. We value energy and a customer‑focused approach, with opportunities for growth, training, and supportive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night audit and security checks, ensuring building safety and compliance.
• Welcome late arrivals, check out early departures, pour drinks in the Pub, and handle room service while maintaining high standards.
• Lead the night team, assist with rotas to manage wage costs, train new starters, run team briefings, and hand over smoothly to the early Duty Manager.
