Village Hotels is seeking a Night Team Leader to be the engine of the overnight shift, running the night audit, securing the building, and assisting with guest services from late arrivals to early departures, while upholding high standards after dark.

You will lead a small night team, help with rotas, train new starters, and ensure a smooth handover to the morning team, maintaining a warm, efficient, guest-focused atmosphere.
