Job summary

Village Hotels in the United Kingdom (Wales) is seeking a Night Team Leader to drive the night shift, running the overnight audit, security checks and ensuring a smooth handover to the daytime team.

You will lead a small night team, assist with rotas, train new starters and uphold high service standards, including late check-ins, bar service, and room service when needed. A proactive, energetic attitude is essential for memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service oriented mindset.
• Able to work overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight audit and reconcile day’s transactions.
• Conduct security checks and ensure building is compliant.
• Manage night operations including check-ins/outs for late arrivals and early departures.
• Deliver warm welcomes to guests, assist with pub service and room service when required.
