You will manage night-time procedures, welcome late arrivals, check out early departures, pour drinks, handle room service, and train the team, ensuring a smooth handover to the day shift.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is great, but attitude and energy matter more to us.

Responsibilities

• The Operation: take ownership of night-time procedures, manage the night audit, and run security checks.
• The Guest Experience: warmly welcome late arrivals, check out early departures, and serve drinks or room service overnight.
• The Leadership: keep morale high, assist with rotas, train new starters, and handover to the early Duty Manager.
