Qualifications

• 3 years of experience working with vulnerable adults is required.
• Full Drivers License and access to own vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of clients overnight with regular welfare checks.
• Respond to crisis situations and safeguarding concerns.
• Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive women-only environment.
• Carry out night-time assessments and contribute to support plans.
• Monitor the building and report health & safety issues.
• Work collaboratively with external agencies and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate case notes and incident reports.

Skills

Experience supporting vulnerable women or adults with complex needs

Understanding of trauma-informed practice and safeguarding

Calm and effective response in crisis situations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Education

GCSE or equivalent

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
