Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a compassionate Female Waking Night Support Worker to join a team at a large bungalow in Slough (SL1). You will provide personal care, monitor safety, and support five ladies with varying mobility needs in a lone-working night role.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£13.04) with overtime uplift, flexible shifts, and opportunities for progression. This full-time, on-site role includes benefits such as DBS support and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular keeping safe checks to ensure security and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic space that is welcoming and safe.
• Record important information using IT systems from support plans to safety logs.
• Create a therapeutic, reassuring atmosphere that promotes wellbeing at night.
• Support people to enjoy late evenings or nights in meaningful ways.
• Provide personal care when needed, always with dignity and respect.
