Job summary

Creative Support is seeking committed Female Waking Night Support Workers for our Preston Trauma Service in Preston, Lancashire, to support women with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Trauma Histories. The role involves providing person-centred care, promoting independence, and supporting daily living tasks in a calm environment.

You will work full-time 36 hours on a rotating shift pattern including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support women with their individual needs and goals.
• Promote independence and control over their care.
• Foster structure, routines and safety in the home and local community.
• Assist with daily household tasks and planned activities in the home.
