Job summary

Creative Support is seeking committed Female Waking Night Support Workers for the Preston Trauma Service, providing two bespoke supported living services for women with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and trauma histories.

The role operates 24/7 to help residents gain independence, achieve personal goals and maintain wellbeing in a calm, structured home and in the local community. Full-time 36 hours on a rota including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires a person-centered approach to care.
• Willingness to work flexibly on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Support women with learning disabilities, autism and trauma histories.
• Promote independence and wellbeing in the home and community.
• Assist with daily household tasks and run the home smoothly.
