Job summary

The Witherslack Group is seeking a Night Support Worker in Northampton to provide care in our Children's Homes. You'll work waking nights (4 on / 4 off) and support young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.

A four-week Care Academy induction is provided, with a competitive salary and attendance bonus. No prior experience is required, but a can-do attitude, empathy, resilience, and a full UK driving licence are valued.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but we value caring individuals.
• You will need a can-do attitude, empathy and resilience.
• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and rapport with the young people during the night.
• Assist with light home duties such as paperwork, cleaning and laundry.
