The Witherslack Group in Leicester is seeking a Night Support Worker for our Children’s Homes. You’ll work waking nights (4 on / 4 off) to support young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping them feel safe and supported at night.

No prior experience is required, but a full UK driving licence (held 12 months) and a compassionate, resilient approach are essential. The role begins with a 4‑week Care Academy induction and DBS check.

Qualificações

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• DBS check is required and cost covered; we value empathy and resilience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide night-time support to young people with SEMH needs.
• Build trust, provide safety, and respond to needs during the night.
• Assist with home duties such as paperwork, cleaning and laundry as required.
