The Witherslack Group is hiring a Night Support Worker for our children's homes in Rugby. You will be the night anchor for young people, providing compassionate support during hours when they need stability the most.

Base salary ranges from £29,449 to £32,496 with an additional £1,400 attendance allowance. 4-week induction, 7 weeks holiday, and opportunities for progression are offered, along with flexible benefits and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but a positive attitude is essential.
• Support for obtaining Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not held.

Responsibilities

• Support young people during night hours, providing safety and stability.
• Build trust and rapport; handle light home tasks (paperwork, cleaning, laundry).
• Respond to concerns during shifts and ensure well‑being of residents.
