Job summary

Lifeways in Worcester is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for night shifts at Bedwardine Court. You will support adults with Autism, physical disabilities and brain injuries, helping them live more independently in their homes and community.

The role involves personal care, medication support, meal planning, household tasks, and building confidence and independence. Training is provided, with rota-based nights across weekdays and weekends.

Support Worker -Nights Bedwardine Court, Worcester
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Part Time (27 hours per week)
Shifts: 10pm-7am waking night (across weekdays and weekends)

You'll be supporting adults with:

Support is tailored to each person's unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.

Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker
You'll support with:

• Personal care and wellbeing
• Medication support
• Meal planning and preparation
• Household tasks
• Building confidence and independence
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis -you will not be able to select your own shifts. Flexibility is required across a 7-day week.
