Job summary

Lifeways in Redditch is seeking compassionate and proactive Support Workers to join our team. You’ll support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and brain injuries in their homes and communities, travelling between clients as a domiciliary care provider.

This full‑time role offers a 37.5 hour week, with shifts across mornings and evenings and flexible hours. The role includes full training, ongoing support, and genuine progression opportunities within Lifeways.

Job description

Salary:£12.71 per hour
Hours:Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 7am-4pm/9am-7pm/9am-10pm+sleep/ 9am-4pm/3pm-9pm - Must be flexible

This service is domiciliary care, travel is required between peoples homes

About the Role

You’ll be supporting adults with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Physical disabilities
• Acquired brain injuries

Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.

Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker

You’ll support with:

• Personal care and wellbeing
• Medication support
• Meal planning and preparationHousehold tasks

• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team

Please note: The Days of work for this role are - Monday, Thursday and Saturday - 9.30 am - 2.30pm
