Beech and Willow House, Tile Hill, Coventry, is seeking a Support Worker to provide overnight care on a rota basis. The role includes waking nights 21:45–07:00 and full-time status reflected as 18.5 hours per week, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

Located in Tile Hill, Lifeways Beech and Willow House supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, offering progression, funded qualifications, and a supportive team environment.

Job description

Support Worker – Beech and Willow House, Tile Hill, Coventry

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Full Time (18.5 hours per week)

Shifts: Waking Nights 21:45–07:00 (rota-based) x 2 nights per week

About Beech and Willow House Located in the heart of Tile Hill, Beech and Willow House is a warm and welcoming service where residents enjoy a vibrant lifestyle. Your Role as a Support Worker Your responsibilities will include:

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.
