Job summary

Lifeways in Birmingham is recruiting a Support Worker to join our team. This full-time role (37.5 hours weekly) includes day and night shifts with a hourly rate of £12.71. You will help residents with daily routines, encourage community activities, and support independence in a caring, empowering environment.

Shifts: 07:00–22:00 (Day) | 22:00–07:00 (Waking Night)
